Seriously? You had to researched your Doctorate Thesis. I'm sure you're capable of looking at independent research and figuring out it's application to your project.
As a reporter Maddow's project is Russian interference and influence with our election, that resulted in the Trump presidency.
Since Trump has refused to release his tax returns or place his holdings in an independent blind trust,
the only way for Americans to know whether or not Trump is owned by foreign actors, is through investigation and reporting from the fourth estate.
So far we know that the Deutsche Bank is Trumps biggest lender. He is indebted to that bank for hundreds of millions. It is his largest source of financing.
We now know Deutsche Bank settled a NY State lawsuit for alleged money laundering for $641 million. And was fined by the federal government over $7 Billion for mortgage lending fraud. several hundred million by the State of NY for money laundering. We know Deutsche Bank is currently under federal investigation for the same money laundering violations it settled in NY. An investigation involving money transactions over several state lines.
We know Trump asked the NY Prosecuting Attorney pursuing the Deutsche Bank mortgages fraud case before it was ruled stay on. Then without notice on Friday afternoon, asked for his and 45 other federal attorneys resignation. Giving them until midnight to vacate their offices. None of these attorneys have replacement. Their cases against them u
We know the Russian oligarchy has laundered over $10 Billion from Russian rubles, making several of Putins friends and associates multi billionaires. We know one of them paid Trump $95 million for Miami he bought couple years earlier for $41 million. A home the billionaire buyer never set foot in and has since torn down. Why would you buy a home ayong twice it's value, and immediately tear it down? Maybe you don't want to pay property taxes? Or maybe you never intended to live in it or flip it?
Before Trump appointed Wilbur Ross for Secretary of Commerce, he dumped his Duetsche Bank shares. He bought into Cyptess Bank in Greece, where he was Vice Chair. Cypress Bank has it's own history of alleged money laundering from the Kremlin. Much more difficult to bring to trial and prove.
The evidence is mounting that will eventually lead to an Independent Investigation that will answer all the questions we have about your so called President.
In the meantime investigative reporters will keep digging.
