Atheism illegal in Kentucky?

Postby Skyedancer » Thu Oct 24, 2013 9:14 pm

I would guess that about 90-95% of the ppl who post here are Christians, but I wanted to get the opinions of those of you who claim to fight for our constitution. Would this not violate the first amendment? How could they even enforce this law? It is truly one of the most ridiculous things I've seen Ky do!

Interesting. I guess I wouldn't believe in anything any more if it weren't for my lucky astrology mood watch.

Can you post a link to the law Skye? As you know I am a Christian and I oppose any law that would make atheism illegal.

It does not make it illegal to be an atheist unless you work for the Kentucky Department of Homeland Security.

Here are three links that I am using to try and figure out exactly what this all means. I admit I'm very confused by the wording to them so I am unsure exactly what would violate these laws. That was my reason for posting on here. I want help in understand exactly what this all means.

It is illegal for atheists to remove, or force to remove, "All mighty God". That is how I understand it.
