No way I would risk turning to the outside lane from the inside lane. Whether it's legally two lanes or not the accident would end up being your fault.

That would not only be illegal but stupid as well... It's not set up that way and you damn well know it... The right lane turns left into the right lane and the left lane turns left into the left lane... If you ain't a doofus you can navigate that without any problem...

Well I had absolutely no idea that Cumberland avenue was even two lanes. Glad I know now.

It's not wide enough for two lanes when you factor in cars parked on each side of the street. I ride in the middle of the road, and turn into what ever damn lane I feel like.
