If MJ can get taken to court over that crap those involved in this much land should do real prison time.

BINGO! I know they read the site, so I will sit back and see how it's handled or if it's mentioned. If it's not mentioned in this weeks meeting I will give all the sorted details.

Just got a copy of the minutes from yesterday's Fiscal Court Meeting. I will type this exactly as it is written from the minutes after returning from executive session.

Based on an investigation the current Fiscal Court directed that has taken place on a land transaction that occurred but was not approved by a previous Fiscal Court it has come to our attention that additional information needs to be investigated so I entertained a motion.
Motion David Kennedy: Second James Howard
To direct the individual that has been investigating the transaction to continue his investigation for us. Also to notify in writing the Attorney General and Auditor of Public Accounts the nature of the findings to date and what we are advising that investigator to look into and that we will update them of any additional findings and we all will decide then on how to move forward once the investigation is complete.

Also from today's meeting. The Fiscal Court approved the motion to purchase a mobile home for Stone Mountain Boondoggle from Edgewood Homes. They entered into a rental agreement with Trooper John Carlock for residence at Stone Mountain Boondoggle.

This has went on for over a year. I think their were some feed dragging.

I called and they couldn't give me any information. It shows them that people are interested.

This has went on for well over a year. I'm surprised it hasn't been swept under the rug like everything else. Good thing someone gave G the information.
