Anyone else hear about raw sewage being dumped in the river up 119? At the nursing home?

Confirmed - There has been a complaint made by a citizen. The question Is , Why are they having problems when they have spent MILLIONS to solve the water and sewage issues. Is it just me or does anyone else find it strange that the engineer and the city are asking for extensions on everything when the work they have done already is sub par? Look's like with that kind of money being spent you could get it right the first time. Also why wasn't Mayor Elliot forthcoming about the spill? She knew about it, Sewergate is right.

The more money you throw at it, the higher the reward.

As of Wednesday it wasn't fixed. I was told they don't want to fix them because they are getting new ones in that so called project they have going on. Slick.
