I'm hearing that the 3% lodging tax will be going into effect any day now, so that tells us the board should be in place soon.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Ive heard rumor of a potential buyer for the park property and someone saying the park may have to pack up all their stuff and get it out if the guy buys it...

Didn't the county put up land as collateral to build the zipline?

All of Manalapan property was bought by Montana Bakken Oil. In answer to another question below Funks post, yes they did but the Zip line paid for it self as I was told some time ago.

Edit: Sources say "I don't think so" Nothing confirmed yet.
