If I can't explain the how's and why's of the way some things work, it means I don't understand it. Experience doesn't offer any kind of legal certification of knowledge like an institutional degree does. Nor is it supposed to. Why? Because experience counts for nothing if one doesn't learn from it.

I would take experience over a degree any day.

Want to hear a real abuse of power? I won't mention the officers names but here goes. This was in the HDE recently.

Local authorities arrested a female subject in front of her mothers home for public intoxication. They went and knocked on the mothers door asking could they search the house. She said it was okay. They found a pill bottle with the wrong pill count and arrested her for CONSPIRACY TO TRAFFIC A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE!!!!! Yes you read that correctly. Conspiracy to trafficking a controlled substance. I would be ashamed to arrest someone on such a trumped up charge. If I'm Kent Hendrickson I throw it out and admonish the officers in open court.

A total abuse of power. Young, high school educated officers who for the first time in their life have a feeling of power and importance and then goes on to abuse it. Dumb Asses!

He should be put on some form of probation and be retrained.

After the 3rd attempt and with revisions of a knowledgeable legal team knowing something about the Constitition, SCOTUS was able to allow this EO to stand while the case is heard and decided.

Nobody is opposed to solid vetting that prevents terrorist from gaining entry to our country.
